Welcome to the world of whole food and plant based eating: more commonly know as veganism. Why vegan? Why not? Over the last 20 to 30 years, the importance of balancing our pH levels has become rather prevalent. Simply, we are looking at our acid to alkaline levels in our bodies. We equalize those levels through nutrition and what we eat. We believe that eating a whole food and plant based diet will decrease these harmful acidic levels and increase alkaline levels. This helps to reduce inflammation in the body. Here at The Source, we promote healthy and alternative lifestyles. A whole food and plant based diet happens to be one of them.
