Raw food is something that has been taken from the earth and brought to your table. It has yet to be oxidized, so it retains the enzymes your body needs to absorb the most amount of nutrients from your food. Everything you put in your mouth: sugar, fat, or protein has a chemical response. With that said, having food cooked or having food raw both have their own healing benefits. We offer raw and cooked food as a part of our whole food, plant based offerings. We truly understand the importance of food, which is why we value giving your body only the best!
